We are extremely proud to be distributors for Dusty Strings, Stoney End, and Triplett harps, three of the finest quality lever harp manufacturers in the world today.  We do our best to keep our store stocked with new harps in multiple sizes and price points, to allow for a one-stop shopping experience.  We are also happy to help our customers with custom orders from either company; this allows you to both benefit from our feedback, and to save hundreds of dollars on shipping charges: while our harp prices are exactly the same as they would cost for you to order from the manufacturer,  we cover the cost shipping for any orders that come through our shop.

In addition to Dusty Strings Stoney End, and Triplett harps, we occasionally also carry high-quality new harps made by individual luthiers.  (If you're a harpmaker, and are interested in building harps for our store, please get in touch!).

Here are the new harps that we currently have in stock:

Brand New Dusty Strings 36S in Figured Cherry

From the Dusty Strings Website:
36 strings, 5 octaves
Solid wood construction in choice of 5 woods
Comfortable staveback design
Full set of Upgraded Camac levers
Deluxe case included

The FH36S has what we feel is the ideal range for a full-size lever harp: five octaves, starting and ending on C. It surrounds the player with a round, full-bodied and well articulated sound, and its generous depth, power and responsiveness make playing seem effortless. It's a beautiful piece of fine woodworking and a satisfying investment for any harp enthusiast.
The sides and back of the soundbox consist of five facets of book-matched hardwood. This staveback design puts a flat facet, rather than a corner, against the player's shoulder, which some find more comfortable and which makes it easier to reach the lower strings. This soundbox shape, as opposed to the rectangular soundbox of the FH36H, gives a subtly rounder sound with a slightly fuller bass voice.
Includes deluxe CH36 case and custom tuning wrench.  Comes with a 5-year warranty.

Brand New Dusty Strings Crescendo 34

From the Dusty Strings website:
34 strings, 4¾ octaves
Solid sapele neck, back & sides
Laminated Finland birch soundboard
Full set of Loveland sharping levers
Removable stand included

The Crescendo 34 is great blend of affordability, portability and depth of sound in a 4¾-octave range. With solid sapele wood neck, back and sides and a laminated birch soundboard (like the Allegro 26), the Crescendo 34 has a clear, bright sound with a deep, resonant bass.
For playing comfort, we've added facets on the upper corners of the back. This clever "hybrid staveback" design provides the ergonomic benefits of our popular 36-string staveback harp at a portion of the cost.
To keep the carrying size to a minimum while giving maximum flexibility of playing height, the Crescendo 34 includes an innovative removable stand. It has 5-inch legs and nestles into the base of the harp, attaching in seconds with the twist of a knob and without turning the harp upside down. 8-inch legs are an option for those who prefer more height. For those who like a lower height, the harp balances beautifully on the ground without the stand. The stand comes apart to fit in the case pockets.
The Crescendo 34 delivers a great combination of range, performance and value in an elegant and easy-to-manage harp.
Comes with a 5-year warranty.

Brand New Dusty Strings Ravenna 34

From the Dusty Strings Website:
34 strings, 4¾ octaves
Laminated birch soundbox
Solid ash neck and pillar
Comfortable staveback design
Full set of Loveland sharping levers

Playing the harp is much easier and more enjoyable when you have an instrument that sounds good and functions well, and this is the driving concept behind the Ravenna models. To provide the best performance, the Ravenna is made with the same high-quality hardware and materials as our more expensive models. In order to meet our goal of affordability for the most budget-conscious harpists, we came up with an innovative construction technique that reduces the time we put into building them. We also priced separately all the accessories and options that are useful but not immediately essential. Each person can then add exactly what they want or need to fit their budget.
The Ravenna 34 features nearly five octaves of the characteristic Dusty Strings sound - a warm, strong bass balanced by a bright, clear treble. It has a comfortable staveback design and even string tension, allowing for precision playing. To keep the carrying size of the harp relatively compact and portable, the stand (if you choose to include one) is completely removable and comes apart to fit in one of the case pockets.
Most people find that raising the Ravenna 34 about 5 inches off the floor is a comfortable height for playing, and you can choose either a drop-down leg or a stand to achieve this. The drop-down leg slides into playing position with the twist of a knob, adjusts to any height, and retracts back into the harp when you're done playing. The removable stand raises the harp about 5 inches (8-inch and 12-inch legs are also available) and holds it steady on four legs. If neither option fits in the budget, you can set it up on a small box or step-stool while playing.
This harp carries a 2 year warranty.

Harp only: $2815;  legs: $190;  case: $380
